Nikita Andreyev
Following an immersive upbringing alongside his father, the Founder of the Prosopon School, Vladislav Andrejev, Nikita studied for BA in Classics at Yale University. He then focused on theological studies at Saint Sergius Orthodox Institute in 2005. In 2015 he graduated with a Masters in Theology at Saint Vladamir’s Orthodox Seminary, NY. From daily contact with Vladislav Andreyev living the life of an icon painter, Nikita absorbed the significance and meaning of each step. In his role as his father’s interpreter, Nikita has listened to students' questions and their discussions for decades. When travel is possible, he teaches in Europe and the UK as well as painting church & private commissions. Nikita was ordained as Deacon of the Estonian Orthodox Church where he lives.
